Stephanie Waring has been notching up injuries in training for Dancing On Ice 2018.
The Hollyoaks star is one of 12 celebrities signed up for the new series.
Partnered with Sylvain Longchambon, Stephanie has been suffering in rehearsals for the first live show.
“I’ve hurt my hand but it’s not serious and it’s out of strap now,” she revealed. “And my knees a bit swollen, I’ve got a bit of fluid in my knee.”
Speaking to The Sun, Stephanie revealed her painful tumbles had been getting WORSE as the first episode neared.
She said: I’m falling over more as the weeks are going by and I’m not sure if that’s because I’m pushing myself harder and doing more technical things…
“I wanted to do it so bad. I’m not a skater or a dancer so I forget when we do the routines… I’m forgetting about my body and what my face is doing.”
Meanwhile, Stephanie joked she was “so undisciplined” when it came to the show’s tough training regime.
“I’m the worst I’m like partying till like 4 in the morning on a Saturday night I’m the worst of all of us,” she said. “I’m so undisciplined.
“I’m joking by the way I’m not like that. But it is important, in the week training, I’m in bed early and you have to get your rest.
“But I always have that one day for me where you go out for dinner, and have my social life as well because you need it, you need your time because it’s so sparing for everyone.”
Celebrities joining Stephanie on the Dancing On Ice 2018 cast include Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent, Bucks Fizz singer Cheryl Baker, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, Rugby hunk Max Evans, and ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford.
Meanwhile, a new look judging panel is made up of Jason Gardiner, Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who were coaches on the original series.
Dancing On Ice will start on Sunday, January 7 on ITV.
