Young dance duo Libby and Charlie won over the Britain’s Got Talent judges on Saturday.
This weekend was the penultimate round of try outs on Britain’s Got Talent 2019.
Back behind the judges desk were Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell as Ant and Dec waited backstage with the acts.
Contestants going before the panel needed at least three yeses to make the next round with all of this year’s golden buzzers now used up.
One of the acts we met this week were cheeky dance duo, Libby and Charlie.
The best friends said if they won the £250,000 they’d spend it on a holiday.
They couldn’t wait to show the judges their moves, perform a dance routine to A Thousand Years by Christina Perri.
The emotional performance got them four yeses through to the next round.
You can watch Libby and Charlie’s Britain’s Got Talent 2019 audition in the video above.
Also hoping to win over the judges this week were Truro Cathedral Choir, who hit the right note with the panel after singing Can You Feel The Love Tonight?
Plus, there was a surprise proposal from one act as they took to the stage to audition.
We also met Dr Dance, who wanted to get the whole nation on their feet, and 31-year-old singer Leanne Mya from London.
Those who made it through join the current line up of successful acts including 88-year-old singer Colin Thackery and mysterious magicians Brotherhood.
There’s also this year’s five golden buzzer acts who have already secured their place in this year’s live shows.
Britain’s Got Talent auditions air 8PM on Saturday night on ITV.
Following the main episodes you can change over to ITV2 to watch More Talent hosted by Stephen Mulhern.
The Britain’s Got Talent semi-finals have been confirmed to start on Monday, May 27.
