The Queen roasts the Britain’s Got Talent judges in tonight’s opening round of auditions.
Britain’s Got Talent launches at 7:15PM this evening (April 6) on ITV.
Judges David Walliams, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden kick off try outs and are met with a very special guest.
‘The Queen’ introduces herself as she steps onto the stage.
She quips to Simon Cowell: “The boss is finally here.”
The Queen goes on to poke fun at the judges, remarking: “Recently Britain’s Got Talent has suffered enormously.
“There have been far too many below average variety acts and I’m not referring to Alesha Dixon.”
You can watch a teaser of the Queen’s speech in the preview above.
Tune in to see the full audition when Britain’s Got Talent returns to TV this evening with its brand new series at 7:15PM on ITV.
Other acts on this weekends opening round of auditions are Japanese dance act Fabulous Sisters and all singing and all dancing kids from Flakefleet Primary School who leave David Walliams in tears.
A number of music acts also show off their talents: There’s four piece music group Y Pedwar Covi from Wales 18-year-old classical singer Faith Tucker, 42-year-old comedy singer-songwriter Siobhan Phillips and singing Dalek Ron from Nottinghamshire.
More contestants hoping to win over the judges are comedian ventriloquist Jimmy Tamley, who gets both Amanda Holden and David Walliams involved with his act.
And there’s possibly Britain’s Got Talent’s most dangerous act yet as Russian duo Vardanyan Brothers who perform a shocking balancing act involving swords.
As always, acts need three or more yeses to progress through to the next round of the competition.
Or they can get a pass straight through to the live shows if they win the elusive golden buzzer, which each judge can press just once throughout the auditions.
