Tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent 2019 results are in with the first two acts making it through to the final.

Magic dog act Dave & Finn together with the all singing and all dancing Flakefleet Primary School are the first of ten finalists on Britain’s Got Talent 2019 this year.

The BGT 2019 semi-finalists were unveiled by the judges on Saturday and tonight saw the first of five semi-finals.

After thousands applied and hundreds auditioned for the judges all around the UK, the lucky few who received three or more yeses were whittled down to the final 35 acts who join this year’s five golden buzzers.

The final 40 perform in the Britain’s Got Talent live semi- finals all this week in the hope of winning the public vote and securing an all-important place in the live grand final and the chance of winning a life changing £250,000 and a coveted spot at the Royal Variety Performance.

Each evening two acts will make the final but this year it won’t just be down to the viewers. The act with the highest public vote will automatically go into the final while the judges will decide between the second and third placed acts as to who will join them.

Performing tonight were rollerblading duo Rosie and Adam, magic act The Haunting (Elizabeth), mind reading dog act Dave and Finn, dance group Khronos Girls, comedy impressionist Tony Rudd and singer Brian Gilligan.

They were joined by two golden buzzers: Ant and Dec’s choice, dancer Akshat Singh and David Walliams’ pick, the singing and dancing kids of Flakefleet Primary School.

In the results, hosts Ant and Dec first revealed the top three acts as The Haunting, Dave & Finn and Flakefleet Primary School.

Ant and Dec then announced the winner of the semi-final with the most votes and automatically through to the final as Dave & Finn.

That left Flakefleet Primary School and The Haunting facing the judges vote.

David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell voted for Flakefleet Primary School while Alesha Dixon voted for The Haunting.

Therefore, Dave & Finn and Flakefleet Primary School are the first acts through to the final.

Elsewhere in tonight’s live show, there was a performance from On Your Feet! the Musical as Gloria Estefan joined the cast of to perform a medley of her greatest hits including Rhythm is Gonna Get You and Turn the Beat Around.

The finalists will go head to head in the grand finale on SUNDAY night, June 2.

For now, the Britain’s Got Talent 2018 live semi-final shows continue Tuesday, May 28 until Friday, May 31.

The semi-finals will air from 7:30PM on ITV each evening with the results from 9:30PM.
