Strictly stars Jay McGuiness and Kimberley Walsh have joined the cast of new West End show Big The Musical.
The production will be playing a nine-week limited engagement at London’s Dominion Theatre from September 6 to November 2.
Based on the 1988 film starring Tom Hanks, Big tells the story of Josh Baskin, a 12-year-old boy who grows up overnight after making a wish on a Zoltar Speaks machine at a carnival.
The musical follows Josh’s attempts to return to his childhood while trying to cope with his new life as a 30-year-old man.

Strictly Come Dancing winner and The Wanted star Jay McGuiness will appear in the role of Josh Baskin.
He’s joined by Girls Aloud star and fellow Strictly finalist Kimberley Walsh as Susan Lawrence with Wendi Peters as Mrs Baskin and Matthew Kelly as George MacMillan.
Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine, Kimberley said: “It’s lovely working with Jay, it’s going to be a fun show. Jay is so perfect for the role, he embodies the character of Josh. Tom Hanks is a hard act to follow but I think he does a fantastic job.
“There’s some gorgeous music in it, I love the score, it’s so uplifting.”
Kimberley, who previously appeared in Shrek The Musical, added: “I love being on stage, I haven’t done a show for four years! “
