Ballroom duo Lexie and Christopher took Britain’s Got Talent by storm this weekend.
School children Lexie (10) and Christopher (10) are a Latin ballroom duo from Manchester and Sheffield.
The Britain’s Got Talent Judges were LOVING the dynamic between these two spirited young dancers but did their ballroom dancing match their banter?
The pair said they had been dancing for two years after meeting on a ballroom matching website (which is a thing, apparently).
You can watch Lexie and Christopher’s audition below…
David Walliams asked the duo: “Is she the boss in this relationship?”
“She thinks she is,” quipped Christopher.
Lexie said they were dancing to Dear Future Husband, “because he’s my future husband.”
But Christopher appeared unimpressed.
“She’s just annoying,” he said.
Relationship issues aside, the pair got four four yeses through to the next round.
Other acts this weekend include comedy magician Mandy Muden, alien dancers Baba Yega and singer Amy Marie Borg.
As always, acts need three or more yeses to make it through to the next round and potentially on to the live shows.
Making up the judging panel this year once more are Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.
Meanwhile, hosts Ant and Dec will be present for the auditions, watching on from the sidelines with a comforting hug whatever the result.
Magic Mandy will keep you entertained even when her magic act isn’t exactly going according to plan – but is there more to her than meets the eye?
Britain’s Got Talent 2018 auditions continue Saturday nights on ITV.
