Bake Off: Professionals spoilers!

Celebrated pastry chefs Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin are judges for The Great British Bake Off’s professionals spin-off while comedian Tom Allen and Great British Bake Off star Liam Charles hosts.

In the last episode (27 July), it’s the grand finale, and the remaining three teams pour all of their patisserie passion, prowess and precision into the final epic challenge, as nothing less than brilliance on every level is good enough to be crowned the winner.

Judges Benoit and Cherish have set two marathon challenges for the teams. First, they must produce hats fit for Hollywood, constructed entirely from chocolate and modelled by the teams themselves, as they parade up and down the catwalk.

Alongside their hats the teams must make 24 filled chocolates and 24 confections, all in just four hours. The final grand challenge is a gruelling seven hours, as the teams create a banquet fit for an awards ceremony of their choosing, to feed 60 people. Which team will impress the judges with their stunning creations, to be crowned the best patisserie team in Britain?
