It’s the interview stages of The Apprentice 2017 tonight as the final five candidates have their business plans scrutinised.

But what exactly are the final five’s businesses that they’re hoping Lord Sugar to invest in? Here we reveal all…

Elizabeth McKenna
Elizabeth McKenna is a 39-year-old Florist Chain owner from Nottinghamshire. She’s hoping to expand her current business, focusing on corporate gifts. Elizabeth is a hands on practical person and will have a go at doing any job. She thinks her killer business instincts mean she’s good at making snap decisions, she says what she thinks and shoots from the hip.

James White
26-year-old from Birmingham, James runs his own IT recruitment business and considers his drive and ambition to be his best qualities. His business will expand his current company, with a focus on the digital technology and cyber security industries. He used to have the nickname ‘Del Boy’, and enjoys white collar boxing as a hobby.

Joanna Jarjue
In her current role, 23-year-old Joanna from Manchester creates multi-channel strategies to improve the digital footprint of companies. Her business plan for Lord Sugar is an ‘ASOS for workwear,’ a fashion retrailer selling appropriate stylish clothing for women working in offices.

Michaela Wain
33-year-old Michaela from Bolton mostly works on the day-to-day operations of a construction magazine, alongside her role at several other companies in the building sector. Her new business idea is a website that provides comprehensive database of all construction products in the UK for job offerings.

Sarah Lynn
35-year-old Sarah from London wants lord Sugar to invest in her sweet gifting business that focuses on confectionery products for retailers and corporate clients. She considers herself to be a “people person”, and believes her ability to sell is one of her greatest assets. She doesn’t think she needs tactics to win, intending to simply be herself throughout the process.

The Apprentice 2017 airs Wednesday night on BBC One at 9PM

The final airs this Sunday at 9PM, December 17.
