Adam Thomas has been rumoured to host I’m A Celebrity spin-off Extra Camp alongside Emily Atack.
The jungle reality show’s ITV2 sister show is looking for two new faces after Scarlett Moffatt and Joe Swash both quit.
Bosses appear to be going with their usual trick of hiring former contestants from recent series to replace them.
A recent report suggests that last year’s runner-up Emily Atack has landed a hosting role – and now fellow former camper Adam Thomas could join her.
They’d front the ITV2 show alongside Joel Dommett, who will be back for another series.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Adam showed how brilliant he was on camera during his time on the show and has plenty of TV experience from his years as an actor. He also knows the jungle inside out – and is sure to have great banter with Joel and Emily.
“Adam couldn’t believe his luck as he found out and can’t wait to start.”
Adam appeared on I’m A Celebrity in 2016 alongside Joel, finishing in third place behind him and outgoing Extra Camp host Scarlett Moffatt who won the show.
A spokesperson for ITV said of the latest reports: “We will be announcing our Extra Camp presenters in due course.”
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here 2019 starts on ITV in November, with Ant back beside Dec on the main show.
Rumoured contestants include football icon Ian Wright and Blue singer Duncan James.
TV personality Ulrika Jonsson has also been rumoured for the show together with The Saturdays’ singer Frankie Bridge and former England footballer and recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate John Barnes.
And Gemma Collins has said she’s up for a comeback on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here after lasting only days during 2014’s series.
I’m A Celebrity airs on ITV with Extra Camp on ITV2.
