The brand new show featured acts from Got Talent series across the world, competing together to be crowned the ultimate champion.
They first took part in a number of heats before twelve made it through to the grand final where this week the winner was crowned.
America’s Got Talent: The Champions results
The winner of America’s Got Talent: The Champions was revealed on Monday, February 18.
It was magician Shin Lim who won America’s Got Talent: The Champions, beating singing ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer in the final two.
Sand artist Kseniya Simonova finished in third place, Opera/Rock Singer Cristina Ramos was in fourth and comedian Preacher Lawson completed the top five.
Two Britain’s Got Talent acts made the final – singers Susan Boyle and Paul Potts – but neither made the Top 5.
Susan admitted after the result: “Of course, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed, but also deep down I didn’t think I would win.
“Secretly you hold out hope that you just might because that’s what drives you to do your best in a competition. I’ve never really considered myself a champion, I’m just me, Susan Boyle.”
Also in the final were magician Jon Dorenbos, singer Kechi Okwuchi, Extreme Knife Throwers Deadly Games, singer Brian Justin Crum and singer Angelica Hale.
The results and winner of the All Star series will be revealed next week.
Other acts who competed on behalf of Britain’s Got Talent but did not make the final included Dancing Dog Act Ashleigh and Sully, Shadow Theatre group Attraction, Extreme Rollerskating Duo Billy & Emily England, mini magician Issy Simpson and Illusionist Darcy Oake.
Also going out in the heats were reigning BGT winner, comedian Lost Voice Guy, dancers Light Balance, pianist Tokio Myers and sword swallower Alex Magala.
UK viewers can watch the series on Netflix with new episodes uploaded on Wednesdays.
