Tulisa is up for a return to The X Factor panel

Tulisa has revealed she would consider a return to The X Factor.

The former X Factor judge has broken her silence on rumours about this year’s series – which is set to see a big shake up.

Tulisa was a judge on The X Factor in 2011 and 2012, during which time she mentored Little Mix to victory.

Now Tulisa has spoken about a possible return to the show.

She told ITV’s Lorraine this week: “It’s definitely something I wouldn’t write off. And it’s incredible, I loved being part of helping people with their careers from Little Mix to Ella Henderson.

“It’s something that I love and enjoy doing.”

Speaking earlier in 2019, Tulisa revealed she has had meetings about going back to the singing competition in the past.

She revealed to the Metro newspaper: “There have been years where I’ve spoken to them, [had meetings], and wanted the job, [and] it’s not happened.”

It’s been reported that this year will see an X Factor All Stars series together with a ‘Celebrity’ spin-off

X Factor boss Simon Cowell previously suggested that The X Factor will air two separate shows back to back this autumn, one seeing celebrities compete and the other featuring a line up of past contestants.

Alongside former contestants, it’s been claimed the panel may be made up of an ‘All Star’ line up of judges from past series joining Simon Cowell.

Following the news that Ayda and Robbie Williams had both left the show, it’s been rumoured that the likes of Cheryl, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and even Dannii Minogue could be on their way back.

According to The Sun newspaper, the judging panel could be cut to three – but will be different for the two planned series.

An insider suggested that Louis Tomlinson was unlikely to be a part of either, but could return next year.

As yet, no official details on The X Factor 2019 have been announced.
