The Voice UK 2020: Cat Cavelli joins Team Olly after blind audition

Olly Murs won Cat Cavelli for his team on The Voice UK 2020 this Saturday night.

It was the fourth week of The Voice 2020 this weekend and those coveted spots on each of the coaches teams are filling up fast.

So far, Both Olly Murs and will.i.am had four acts, only leaving six spaces in each of their teams. Meghan Trainor and Sir Tom Jones each had five acts and both were looking for the final five to complete their squads.

One of the acts hoping to get the coaches to spin this weekend was Cat Cavelli.

The 29-year-old moved to London from Ireland at the age of 18 in a bid to make a career in music.

However Cat told the judges she had put her singing on hold to bring up her young daughter.

For her blind audition, Cat performed I Put A Spell On You and had Meghan convinced she was more than one person.

Both Olly and Will turned for Cat, with Olly winning her for his team.

Olly said: “That was an incredible performance and of course I loved the sexiness of it. It was just fantastic. You put a spell on me so thank you.”
