Mel B ‘in talks to front her own chat show’ after Piers Morgan interview

Mel B is said to be in talks to get her own chat show.

The former Spice Girl and X Factor judge is said to be wanted by TV bosses to front her own series.

It follows her recent appearance on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, where she opened up about her personal life and time in the Spice Girls.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Telly bosses feel her open and approachable nature would put guests at ease – and Mel’s larger-than-life personality would be entertaining viewing.

“A few channels are interested at the moment.

“She has a good relationship with ITV after she appeared on Piers Morgan, and they feel she would be a good fit for the channel.”

Chatting to Piers earlier this month in n incredibly honest interview, Mel exclusively revealed the secrets of her time as a Spice Girl, including a bombshell revelation about the nature of her relationship with Geri.

She opened up about her suicide attempts, her battles with drugs and alcohol and her recent divorce.

She also discussed her sexuality and her high-profile romances, including with Hollywood superstar Eddie Murphy.

Piers Morgan’s Life Stories airs on ITV on Saturday nights.
