Love Island’s Maura Higgins set for her own reality show – without Curtis Pritchard

Love Island’s Maura Higgins is set to land her own reality show – without Curtis Pritchard.

It was Greg O’Shea & Amber Gill who won love Island 2019 this summer, triumphing over favourites Tommy Fury & Molly-Mae.

Ovie Soko & India Reynolds were in third while Curtis & Maura finished the series in 4th place.

Maura proved one of the show’s most popular contestants and since leaving has already landed herself a role on ITV’s This Morning.

Now she’s in line for her own reality show, reports The Sun newspaper.

However Curtis won’t be involved amid claims that producers are avoiding filming with the couples over fears they’ll split before the show airs.
“She is great on screen so bosses want to create a platform where viewers can still get their fix,” a source said of Maura. “While her and Curtis are still together, no-one really knows what the future holds for them as a couple so producers are focusing on Maura.

“They are ironing out details at the moment. She has ratings-winner potential, they just have to settle on the right tone.”

Other Love Islanders have also lined up plenty of TV work over the coming months.

It was reported earlier this week that winner Amber Gill had signed up to Dancing On Ice.

She’s rumoured to be the latest Love Island star to compete in the ice dancing competition, following Wes Nelson and Kem Cetinay.

Meanwhile, fifth placed finishers Anton Danyluk and Belle Hassan will reportedly take part in a Celebrity special of Supermarket Sweep.

The classic game show is set to be rebooted on ITV2, hosted by Rylan Clark-Neal.
