Love Island fans have seemingly had enough of Doctor Alex George.

The Dr has been unlucky in love so far but sympathy is now in short supply.

While Alex proved an early fan favourite, it looks as though the tables may have turned.

In tonight’s show, Alex’s latest relationship began to go south as he and current partner Grace Wardle struggled to get to know each other.

In the Beach Hut, Grace admitted: “It’s getting quite difficult with Alex. When we were first talking, there’s so much to talk about because we were getting to know each other and now I’m finding it a little bit difficult to get some fun, more light hearted conversation with him.”

In the Beach Hut, Alex confessed: “I don’t think it’s going forward with Grace, I think it’s going sideways… She doesn’t quite get my sense of humour.”

The once supportive messages on Twitter have definitely depleted, with many now blaming the Doctor for his own woes.

“i’m so over Alex now like i felt sorry for him at first but now he does my head in,” one wrote.

Another posted: “Wow can we do an emergency snap election and vote off Alex because the second hand embarrassment is WAY too much #loveisland”

Agreed a third: “ALEX PACK YA BAGS AND DO ONE MATE SERIOUSLY. Enough is enough. #loveisland”

In more tweets about the show tonight, one Love Island fan quipped: “‘she doesn’t quite get my sense of humour’ it’s because you don’t have one Alex babe #loveisland”

“Alex it’s really time to check on your patients now #LoveIsland,” another viewer concluded.
