Louis Tomlinson fans DON’T want him becoming a judge on The X Factor

Fans of Louis Tomlinson say they DON’T want him to become a judge on The X Factor.

Simon Cowell is planning a major revamp of The X Factor judges this year.

Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh are both confirmed to be leaving, while Sharon Osbourne will only appear in the live shows.

Louis Walsh said previously: “I’ve had a fantastic 13 years on The X Factor but the show needs a change and I’m ready to leave.

“I’m looking forward to another series of Ireland’s Got Talent, going back to my day job as a manager, writing my memoirs and seeing the world!”

Sharon Osbourne added: “I can’t wait to get back to the judges’ desk. I love the new format.”

One Direction star Louis, who rose to fame on the show in 20110, has been touted as a possible replacement on the panel.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “He’s a close friend of the show and would make a brilliant judge.

“Simon mentored One Direction and signed them to Syco Records, Now he’s looking after Louis’ solo career – which is going really well.”

They added: “Louis is very much a part of the X Factor family. Simon hopes the deal will be done in the next few days.”

But many of Louis’ fans would prefer him to focus on his own solo music first.

One tweeted: “He has his solo music & album upcoming I really want him to just do that well; concentrate on making it the best & promoting it more, not doing several things at once.”

Slamming The X Factor, another posted: “No thanks. We want Louis as a solo artist not as a judge on a dying trash show.”

And a third quipped: “yeah, we’re gonna have to speak for louis on this one and say “no thankyou””

“please Louis don’t do it @Louis_Tomlinson,” a fourth simply begged.

“We want him on stage, not on tv,” a fifth added.
