The Real Full Monty ladies night: Meet the celebrities line up

Coleen Nolan, Megan McKenna among names set to strip off in The Real Full Monty: Ladies' Night

ITV has announced the celebrity line-up for its female version of The Real Full Monty, ‘Ladies’ Night’.

Coleen Nolan and Megan McKenna are among the names set to bare all for charity.

Launched last year to mark 20 years since the release of The Full Monty, the show saw a host of famous men recreate the hit film’s iconic strip scene to raise awareness of prostate cancer.

After it proved a surprise hit in the ratings, ITV is now bringing The Real Full Monty back – but this time it won’t just be men involved.

The show’s second outing will be accompanied by a ‘sister’ programme, The Real Full Monty: Ladies Night, featuring eight women determined to show the boys how it’s done.

Bosses have confirmed the famous females taking part, with the group led by Coleen Nolan, who previously appeared in a body confidence campaign for Loose Women.

She’ll be joined by The Only Way Is Essex star Megan McKenna, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton and former Xtra Factor presenter Sarah-Jane Crawford.

Completing the line-up are BBC broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire, Emmerdale actress Sally Dexter and sitcom icons Helen Lederer and Ruth Madoc.

Their mission is to craft a show-stopping performance that will see them get their kit off to alert viewers about breast cancer.

Along the way they’ll visit the Moulin Rouge in Paris for inspiration, and enlist the help of choreographer Ashley Banjo and fashion designer Julien MacDonald.

Coleen commented: “The boys were so amazing last year and I loved watching the show.

“I can’t quite believe I’ll be taking part myself this time with a group of fabulous ladies who, like me, have all been touched by the shadows cancer casts over us.

“We are determined to give the audience a show they will never forget and hopefully raise awareness that could help save lives.”

ITV previously revealed the male celebrities taking part this year, including TOWIE’s James Arg Argent, EastEnders actor John Partridge and The Wanted singer Tom Parker.

The Real Full Monty Ladies’ Night airs on Thursday, March 29 at 9PM on ITV.
