A magician’s “unbelievable” Britain’s Got Talent audition stunned the judges this weekend.
Auditions for Britain’s Got Talent were back on ITV this evening with the sixth round of try outs.
Back behind the judges’ desk were Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon while Ant and Dec watched on from the sidelines.
Acts needed at least three yeses to make it through to the next round.
One of the contestants on tonight’s episode was magician Ben Hart.
Ben has been doing magic since he was a child and finds performing a rewarding experience.
Before his audition, he said: “I wanted to come on Britain’s Got Talent to show my work to the biggest audience possible… and who knows, I might even end up on the Royal Variety Show.
“I hope the judges see magic can be real.”
For his audition, Ben first asked members of the audience to suggest random objects on pieces of paper. He then picked one – an egg – at random before transforming the piece of paper it was written on into an egg before the judges’ very eyes.
For the second part of his audition, Ben selected a random audience member and teleported her between two cages on the stage.
“You are a man of mystery aren’t you,” reacted David.
Simon was left with no idea how the trick was done, commenting simply: “That was unbelievable.”
Alesha added: “I love to hate these kind of acts because that’s just done my head in.”
With four big yeses, Ben sailed through to the next round.

Joining him there are fellow magicians Brotherhood who shocked in this weekend’s episode with a sword stunt.
Britain’s Got Talent 2019 airs Saturday evenings on ITV at 8PM.
On ITV2 after each episode, you can catch More Talent with Stephen Mulhern.
The live semi-finals will air later this year where the top acts will compete for viewer votes in a bid to win the £250,000 cash prize.
