Singer Frankie Bridge has revealed her Strictly Come Dancing regrets.
Frankie appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 where she made it to the final but lost out to TV host Caroline Flack.
The singer and television presenter then returned to the show last Christmas for a special performance to Frozen hit Let It Go.
Now Frankie is on hand to support her pal and fellow The Saturdays bandmate Mollie King, who is taking part in the current series.
“My biggest tip is to enjoy it as much as possible,” said Frankie.
Admitting she had some regrets about her own appearance, Frankie added to star magazine: “I’m incredibly proud of what I did, but I still look back and wish I’d gone for it more or not been as stressed that week.”
Meanwhile, Frankie spoke out about rumours that she could taking on a brand new reality TV challenge this autumn.
There have been reports that Frankie is being lined up for the I’m A Celebrity jungle, following in the footsteps of her husband Wayne Bridge who took part last year.
“Before I had the boys, that was the only show other than Strictly that I wanted to do, purely because I’m a massive wimp,” said Frankie. “Now it’s a bigger deal. There’s no internet or phones, so I’d find that hard because of the boys.
“But never say never!”
Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
