Celebrity Juice: Paddy McGuinness ‘to replace Fearne Cotton’

Paddy McGuinness is said to be replacing Fearne Cotton on Celebrity Juice.

Alongside close friend Holly Willoughby, Fearne had appeared on the ITV2 favourite since it first hit our screens in 2008.

However, the presenter recently announced she had left the panel show after ten years of mayhem.

Fearne said: “I walk away with so many incredible memories and will miss everyone in front of and behind the cameras so much. So much love and luck to them all for future series x”

Now her replacement has seemingly been confirmed as Paddy McGuinness

The Inbetweeners star and recent I’m A Celebrity camper Emily Atack was tipped to takeover but it show bosses have gone in a different direction.

“It might seem a shock but he was everyone’s No1,” a source told the Daily Mirror newspaper.

They added: “When he’s on Celebrity Juice, the ratings shoot up to their highest. Bosses are hoping he will be a ratings winner.”

As yet, ITV have not officially confirmed the news.

However Keith recently informed the Daily Star that he has indeed found Fearne’s replacement.

“I know who’s doing it,” he revealed. “When I’ve seen they’ve signed the contract then I’ll confirm it.

“We’ve had a chat about a few ideas and it had to be someone that myself and Holly are all happy with. Juice is a family.”

Meanwhile, Keith – real name Leigh Francis – has named pop princess Kylie Minogue as one of his dream Juice guests.

“I’d love her to come on anything I do,” he told the Daily Star. “I tweeted her about Juice and she said she’d think about it. But that was ages ago.”

Keith is currently snooping around celebrity houses on ITV’s Through The Keyhole, which airs on Saturday nights.

Celebrity Juice is due to return to ITV2 for its 21st series in March.
