Britain’s Got Talent 2019 dancers Dust in the Wind wow with acrobatic routine

Britain’s Got Talent’s latest auditions aired on ITV tonight, hosted by Ant and Dec.

They watched on from the sidelines as acts went before Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell and David Walliams.

As always, contestants needed three or more yeses to make it through to the next round.

One of those acts this week was Dust In The Wind, made up of a couple aged 23 and 27 years old from Cuba.

The dancers performed an incredible acrobatic routine full of death-defying tricks to Kelly Clarkson’s version of Never Enough from The Greatest Showman.

After the routine, David quipped: “I shudder to think what you get up to behind closed doors. We have seen other acrobatic acts but not in such a romantic setting as the one you just did.

“It was really just so romantic and gorgeous.”

Alesha added: “You make it look easy and I know it’s probably one of the most difficult things to do. You were so graceful, you did a great job.”

Simon commented: “I thought it was great, great chemistry, fantastic song of course so it was really, really good.”

With four yeses from the judges, Dust in the Wind sailed through to the next round.

Other acts this weekend included 88-year-old singer Colin Thackery and mysterious magicians Brotherhood who shocked with a sword stunt.

We also met 71-year-old musician Russell T Bird who rocked out with his keytar and Chapter 13, a band made up of teenagers who put their spin on Stevie Wonder’s hits.

Britain’s Got Talent 2019 auditions continue at 8PM on ITV Saturday evenings.

You can catch Britain’s Got More Talent on ITV2 with Stephen Mulhern.

The top acts will go forward through to the live semi-final shows in a bid to win the £250,000 cash prize and spot on the Royal Variety Performance.
