Asanda is the favourite to fly the flag at Eurovision for the UK in 2018.
A total of six prospective acts will take to the Eurovision: You Decide stage tomorrow (Wednesday 7 February) to compete for the honour of representing the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Hosted by Mel Giedroyc and winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, Måns Zelmerlöw, the 90-minute UK Selection show will be broadcast live on BBC Two at 7.30pm, from the world-famous Brighton Dome, and will feature performances by the six competing acts before the vote opens.
Asanda is the clear favourite to represent the UK at this year's Eurovision Song Contest according to the latest odds from Ladbrokes.
With the British public shortly about to vote on the chosen one, Eurovision punters reckon previous Britain's Got Talent contestant Asanda will be flying the flag for the nation in Portugal later on this year, and the 16-year-old is the even money favourite with the bookies.
Former The Voice UK finalist Jaz Ellington is fancied next in the betting as a 4/1 shot, followed close behind by RAYA.
Girlband Goldstone find themselves chalked up as a 6/1 chance, but it's not looking too good for SuRie (9/1) and Liam Tamne (14/1) as the outsiders.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Punters are hopeful Asanda will put in a legendary performance on Wednesday evening.
"The other acts are relatively friendless in the market, so it would be a huge surprise if Asanda failed to make it to Lisbon."
