Who left The X Factor 2017 tonight? The latest results of the series has been revealed with two acts voted off.
Tonight saw the seventh round of the live shows of The X Factor 2017 with a brand new format.
The 10 remaining contestants this year are performing on separate nights in their categories and this evening the Boys and Groups were first up for the fourth weekend.
And it was Sam Black and duo Sean and Conor Price who were voted off the show in a double elimination.
This year there is no sing off and the results are on the same night, decided by the viewer poll alone.
Once the vote had closed, Dermot O’Leary welcomed back the contestants who had performed before announcing the results.
Ranked bottom and voted off The X Factor in tonight’s results were Groups’ duo Sean and Conor Price and Boys’ contender Sam Black and they were therefore eliminated.
Meanwhile, Rak-Su topped the vote for a third time and go through to Sunday’s prize fight against the act who tops tomorrow’s vote. They’ll be singing for the opportunity to fly to LA for studio time with a top songwriter.
The placings of the remaining Boys and Groups were not revealed.
Elsewhere, tonight’s live show saw a guest performance from reigning X Factor winner Matt Terry.
A total of eight contestants now remain in the competition’s final stages ahead of Sunday’s show.
They are Simon Cowell’s Groups Rak-Su and The CutKelvins, Sharon Osbourne’s Girls Grace Davies, Rai-Elle Williams and Holly Tandy.
Plus Louis Walsh’s lone remaining Boy Lloyd Macey and Nicole Scherzinger’s Overs Kevin Davy White and Matt Linnen.
The X Factor 2017 continues Sunday night on ITV from the earlier time of 7:30PM with the Boys and Girls’ performances.
Fergie will be performing plus another contestant will be heading home.
