Here’s a full recap and the results from tonight’s (December 13) episode of The X Factor: The Band.

The new series is putting together new girl and boy bands to battle it out to be crowned the nation’s new pop sensations.

In tonight’s episode it was the turn of the boy group to be put together at the arena auditions.

Each guy took to the stage to perform for judges Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger as well as advisors including Leona Lewis, Naughty Boy and Ella Eyre.

Those who got a yes went through to a sing-off where the group was confirmed.

Six made it into the new boy group: Boaz Dopemu, Caius Duncombe, Fred Roberts, Harrison Cole, Jed Thomas, Reece Wiltshire-Fessey.

They’ll go forward to compete in the live final of the series on Sunday, December 15 at 8PM on ITV against the new girl group.
