Here's your look at The X Factor 2018 finalists ahead of their first live performance.

They've been given glam makeovers in the lead up to this weekend's live shows kicking off.

The final contestants will all be singing live on Saturday night in a bid to impress not just the judges but also the viewers, who will get their say for the first time this series.

In the Girls category mentored by Simon Cowell are Bella Penfold, 19 from Essex, Molly Scott, 16 from County Durham, Scarlett Lee, 20 from Surrey and Shan Ako, 25 from Croydon.

Describing her makeover shoot, Scarlett said: "The shoot was incredible, I loved having my make-up and hair done. I literally felt like a celeb. I just feel so lucky and it’s made me really excited for the upcoming live shows."

Shan added: "I felt so special. The team were amazing, and when I thought I looked decent they made me look even better. Everyone’s been so lovely, and it’s just got me excited for the live shows!"

In the Boys category mentored by Louis Tomlinson are Anthony Russell, 28 from Liverpool, Armstrong Martins, 23 from London, Brendan Murray, 21 from Galway and Dalton Andre Harris, 24 from Jamaica.

Anthony - who previously auditioned last year - said of the photoshoot: "It was brilliant! One of the best days of my life, I felt like a real star, like I was in Hollywood. Everyone was just amazing."

In the Overs category mentored by Ayda Williams are Danny Tetley, 37 from Bradford, Giovanni Spano, 33 from London, Janice Robinson, 50 from USA and Olatunji Yearwood, 32 from Trinidad and Tobago.

Finally, in the Groups mentored by Robbie Williams are duo Acacia, 15 and Aaliyah, 14 from London, LMA Choir, 18-40 from Liverpool, Misunderstood made up of Stef, 25 and Jeff, 27 both from London and United Vibe made up of Kieran 22, Jack 17, Jon 18, Blaise 17 and Elliot 18.

United Vibe - formerly Vibe 5 - said of the photoshoot: "It was so wicked! We had so much fun, it was the first time we all wore make up, so that was different! Like when do we ever get to do that kinda thing? It was amazing and we love doing it all together."

The X Factor 2018 live shows begin at 8:25PM on Saturday, October 20 and at 8PM on Sunday, October 21.
