Here's a latest look at the favourites to win The X Factor as things stand.
Saturday and Sunday saw the start of this year's Six Chair Challenge, as Simon Cowell and the Girls and Ayda Williams and the Overs completed their line ups.
Plus, Louis Tomlinson got started on picking his final six boys, handing Brendan Murray his 'Golden X' to send him straight through to judges' houses.
The Galway native, who represented Ireland in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, impressed with his rendition of REM's ‘Everybody Hurts’.
Despite the rest of the Boys and the Groups category yet to be whittled down in the Six Chair Challenge, Brendan has just one competitor in his way of the X Factor title after his odds were cut from 7/1 to the 4/1 second favourite.
Sian remains the one to beat at 3/1 after she bagged her spot in the judges’ houses following the Girls’ battle for a chair. However it was Bella Penfold who received the fast pass to the next round after mentor Simon Cowell pressed the button for the Essex native who is currently 10/1 to win.
The Overs were also trimmed down to just six at the weekend and it was Ricky John who was given the Golden X by mentor Ayda Fields. The 39-year-old carpenter is leading the way for the Overs category having shortened into 8/1 from 10/1.
Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “Brendan Murray has been heavily backed into the new 4/1 second favourite to win the X Factor from 7/1 after punters lapped up his odds off the back of Simon Cowell’s glowing comments and Louis sending him straight to the live shows.”
She added: “Sian does remain in Brendan’s way as the 3/1 favourite but at present he is the punters’ pick to win.”
