Going into tonight's show, Rak-Su and Grace were the only two acts that remain in the running.
The pair were top of the vote at last night's freeze where Kevin Davy White went home, finishing in third place.
On Sunday, they performed to be crowned winner of The X Factor 2017.
Who won The X Factor 2017?
The winner of The X Factor 2017 final was announced in the live show as Rak-Su, beating Grace in the final vote result.
Millions of votes were cast over the weekend to decide the winner, according to host Dermot O'Leary.
At the start of the live final there was a special performance as Little Mix opened the show with Latin American boy band CNCO.
The final two then each performed a new song, Grace singing original track Nothing But Words and Rak-Su singing self-penned tune Touche.
Pink! then took to the stage for the second guest appearance of the night, singing a mash up of What About Us and Beautiful Trauma.
It was then finally back to Rak-Su and Grace who each reprised their favourite song of the series. Once again both picked originals, Rak-Su singing Mona Lisa and Grace singing Too Young.
After Rak-Su and Grace's performances, Sam Smith took to the stage for the final guest performance as votes were verified.
It was then over to Dermot who revealed the final result with one of his trademark tense waits, as Rak-Su were announced the champion.
Following his victory, Rak-Su gave the debut performance of this year's winner's single, their original song called Dimelo.
