The latest X Factor ratings and Strictly Come Dancing viewing figures are in from Saturday night.
On BBC One, the eighth round of live Strictly Come Dancing performances ran between 6:45PM and 8:10PM as the nine remaining celebrity couples all showcased their latest routines.
Following Aston Merrygold's controversial exit last week there were calls for a boycott and mass tune out but it didn't happen.
An average audience of 10.4 million viewers tuned in, down only a smidgen (less than 100,000 viewers) viewers week on week. The episode was up around 500,000 viewers on 2016's equivalent live show.
A whopping peak audience of more than 11.3 million viewers watched the live show as the celebrity couples danced for a spot in next weekend's Blackpool special.
Over on ITV, The X Factor's third round of live shows ran between 8:10PM and 9:40PM as the Groups and Overs performed.
The live episode averaged 4.8 million, down 300,000 viewers week on week and the lowest Saturday live show of the series so far.
A peak audience of 5.4 million viewers tuned in half way through last night's X Factor, which featured the latest live performances, the next elimination and a guest appearance from Harry Styles.
As well as losing out to Strictly, The X Factor was also below both Pointless (5.1 million viewers) and Casualty (5 million viewers) in prime time.
Both Strictly and The X Factor will return to TV tonight - where there will be a full on clash between the two.
This evening's Strictly Come Dancing's results - which were pre-recorded last night - will run between 7:15PM and 8PM.
The X Factor meanwhile will be running slightly earlier between 7:30PM and 9PM, clashing not only with Strictly but also Blue Planet II.
This time the Girls and Boys will perform, there will be another elimination and Paloma Faith will be performing.
