Former X Factor contestant Chloe Khan is hoping to rival this year's winner for Christmas Number 1.
Chloe made it as far as bootcamp in 2010 before launching a modelling career for herself.
The recent Celebrity Big Brother housemate announced plans this week to return to her singing routes and go for the festive top spot.
"GUYS... I am going up against #thexfactor for #xmasnumber1 . #CHLOEvsCOWELL 🔥 Let do this," she tweeted.
Chloe added: "Please retweet .. IM DROPPING MY FIRST SINGLE . I’m taking on #TheXFactor for #ChristmasNumber1 😈are you ready @SimonCowell Issa been awhile."
Chloe told The Sun that the recent success of fellow CBB star Megan McKenna gave her the idea.
Megan recently made it to Number on iTunes with her single after appearing in an ITVBe reality series.
I've listened to Megan McKenna's song and I love it, that's what gave me an idea to come back," Chloe said. "I love singing, but when I went on X Factor I didn't really want to be a singer I just wanted to do anything I could to get out there, but I do love music."
The X Factor achieved four festive chart toppers between 2005 and 2009 and a further three between 2010 and 2014.
However in recent years the top spot has been out of reach with the last two winners - Louisa Johnson and Matt Terry - missing Number 1 completely.
As things stand the still to be confirmed champion of The X Factor 2017 is the third favourite to win the latest festive number on.
WHAM! are clear favourites to take number one spot in the official charts this Christmas, according to Ladbrokes.
Last Christmas is 4/6 to be number one on December 25, while the bookies are going 3/1 about Ed Sheeran releasing a festive chart-topping track.
The X Factor winner is currently 6/1 for the coveted position, and while Liam and Noel Gallagher may be keeping their distance, they're neck and neck in the betting at 66/1 as things stand.
