Four Of Diamonds have revealed they had an awkward moment with X Factor mentor Louis Walsh.
It was after he slammed girl groups and complained they were hard to work with.
Caroline, Sophia, Yasmin and Lauren make up Four Of Diamonds who were originally sent home at judges' houses earlier this year, missing out on the live shows.
But they returned to the competition last weekend after another of Louis' groups was forced to withdraw from the competition.
Speaking ahead of tonight's show, Four Of Diamonds revealed how Louis had spoken to them over his remarks.
"Louis has said that to our faces," the four piece revealed of his 'dislike of girl groups'.
They explained: "He admitted he usually hates working with girl bands but he's got a really good feeling about us. He's so honest that I believe that he means it.
"It's a compliment that he's actually excited to work with us now."
But how awkward was it coming face to face with mentor Louis after he originally sent them home?
The group revealed: "One of the first things he said to us was, 'Are you mad at me? Have you forgiven me yet?' At the end of the day, it's a hard decision for him to make."
They added: "Louis is a joker. We get along so well with him. He really cares about us."
Meanwhile, in an interview with OK! magazine, Louis himself said honestly: "I don't particularly like working with girl bands. It's very hard to get one that actually gets on, but these four seem like they're really good friends."
The X Factor 2016 airs on ITV this evening from 8PM with all the live performances.
Then on Sunday night at 8PM the latest results will see another act leave, as well as guest appearances from Shawn Mendes and John Legend.
