Dean ‘Midas’ Maynard is a man with a knack for spotting talent. As well as being the agent of several ex-X Factor contestants including the highly popular Janet Devlin, Dean writes blogs for us about Britain’s Got Talent,The X Factor and The Voice revealing who he tips for success. His previous X Factor picks have included One Direction, who came 3rd in 2010 and went onto have a debut number one single and a successful first album and Leona Lewis, who went on to win the show in 2006.
