The Voice UK 2017: David Jackson tries to get coaches spinning with 'All I Want'

David Jackson wowed in the third round of blind auditions on The Voice UK 2017 on ITV this weekend.

In a clip from Saturday night's latest show we met David Jackson who performs All I Want by Kodaline.

The crowd loved the performance and Sir Tom Jones gave his nod of approval before he pressed his button to turn.

Also spinning were Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale, with David choosing to join Team Jennifer.

David and all the other auditionees on The Voice UK this weekend had just the usual 90 seconds to persuade the coaches to turn for them with only their voice in order to make it into the battle stages.

Those who didn't get a turn from any of the four coaches faced a new "brutal" twist in the blind auditions.

This year if no coaches turn then they stay facing away from the stage, as the unlucky act walks off without ever seeing or speaking to them.

Alongside Gavin, Jennifer and Sir Tom who all turned for David, this year's panel of coaches also includes The Voice UK veteran Will who didn't spin on this occasion.

Eachof the coaches is looking to build teams of ten talented singers in a bid to coach one of them to become this year’s winner scooping a life changing record contract with Polydor Records.

Now after three weeks of blind auditions, Team Jennifer and Team Gavin both have five of their ten places filled while Sir Tom and each have four singers on their teams.

The Voice UK 2017 continues Saturday nights on ITV at 8PM.
