The Apprentice 2016: Jessica Cunningham in tears after epic fail

Here's a first look at The Apprentice 2016 this week as Jessica Cunningham is left in tears.

It's after her team arrive at a photoshoot to make an advert for a pair of jeans.

Only they've forgotten one important thing: The Jeans.

"We can't find the jeans," says Jessica

"What do you mean you can't find the jeans?" remarks Lord Sugar's helper Karren Brady. "So you're doing photographs for your jean campaign without your jeans?"

Jessica then begins to cry and blubbers: "I'm sorry..."

Karren tells her: "Jessica, go outside and take a breath and clam yourself down."

The rest of her team react: "Let's try and pull this together, we can't be relying on her."

The Apprentice 2016 is back on Thursday night at 9PM on BBC One for the advertising task.

The candidates are summoned to The Istituto Marangoni where Lord Sugar tells them that they must create an advertising campaign for jeans made from Japanese denim.

Teams need to design packaging, film a TV advert, and create an attention grabbing bus shelter advert, all before pitching the whole campaign to a panel of leading industry experts.

On pitch day, the teams face some of the country’s biggest industry experts but it’s a confusing pitch from one team and for the other nerves derail the pitch entirely.

In the boardroom Lord Sugar reveals a shocking result, as the candidates are told this is a first in all the years he’s run this task. But who will hear the crushing phrase: ‘You’re Fired!?’

The Apprentice 2016 airs Thursday night at 9PM on BBC One.
