Katie Salmon and Sophie Gradon clash on tonight's Love Island 2016 as their potential romance turns sour.
Any chance of the pair staying as a couple looks to be dead in the water, after Sophie yesterday decided to friend zone Katie to protect her relationship with Tom.
In scenes that air on tonight's show at 9PM on ITV2, Katie was not pleased.
"You could have been brutally honest at the start and you could have told me straight and told me how you feel," she complained. "If you loved him [Tom] so much you wouldn't have opinions for someone else."
"I didn't know," Sophie claimed. "I said we'd do this recoupling as friends, nothing else."
Katie replied: "No you didn't, do not lie."
"Oh I did," insisted Katie.
She went on: "I'm 20 years of old and it took up a lot of courage to do that, and I feel like I've been slapped in the face, how is that fair?"
"It's not fair but it's the name of the game," sighed Sophie.
But a passionate Katie replies: "No it's not, the name of the game is love... You've hurt my feelings."
Love Island airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
