Watch a spoiler clip from Sunday's X Factor six chair challenge as Rita Ora preps her girls.
This Sunday night's show is the first of three from the six seat challenge and it's the GIRLS and their mentor Rita Ora who kick things off.
The acts in the girls category include Lauren Murray, Charli Beard, Lucy Duffield, Katie Coleman, Louisa Johnson, Chloe Paige and Havva Rebeke.
Others are Caitlyn Vanbeck, Monica Michael, Chloe Baker, Jasmine Leigh Morris, Karen Mav, Keira Weathers, Sharon Rose and Sophie Plumb.
Rita tells the ladies: "the six chair challenge is gong to be most challenging thing ever.
"It's going to be so intimating out there, it's all about you, in my eyes the winner of The X Factor is in this group but there's only six chairs out there so you're going to have to bring it.
"If it doesn't happen, that's it, it's the end... alright, good luck"
In the X Factor's six seat challenge all of the contestants in each category will be competing for a spot at judges' houses.
Each act has chosen what they feel will be a killer song to impress their mentor and the live audience at Wembley Arena.
Monica is seen her performing Empire Cast's What Is Love in what is her second appearance at the six chair challenge after bowing out of the competition at this point last year.
While all the judges will watch and comment it'll be up to the mentor of the category alone to decide who will take one of six seats in the next round.
But getting a seat doesn't mean a singer is safe with the judges free to switch and swap out acts as the performances progress until they finalise their selected six.
See who gets through this weekend when The X Factor 2015 six chair challenge starts this Sunday night at 7PM on ITV and continues for the next three weeks.
