Here's a first glimpse of The X Factor 2014 judges' houses in a new video preview.
The route to the live shows draws tantalisingly closer for the remaining 24 The X Factor contestants as they jet off to Judges’ Houses in a bid to land a coveted place in the final 12.
Offering a glimpse into the jet set lifestyle that the winner of the competition could have, the four categories travel to glamorous destinations across the world. With just one more chance to impress their mentor, each act will be hoping to convince them that they have the star quality required to reach the live shows.
This year the Groups visit Bermuda with mentor Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell invites the Over 25s category to his home in Los Angeles, the Girls will sing for Cheryl Fernandez-Versini in Nice, while the Boys fly out to Mexico with Mel B.
With the agonising decision of whittling six acts down to just three, each judge is joined by a guest mentor. Louis is joined by former judge Tulisa, who herself tasted victory with the only group to win the competition, Little Mix. Cheryl enlists Tinie Tempah to assist her, while Mel B is joined by her fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton. Simon meanwhile reunites with X Factor stalwart Sinitta.
As ever, The X Factor host Dermot O’Leary will be on hand to congratulate the lucky three, and console those that fall at the final hurdle.
The 24 acts have successfully soared through closed room auditions, the arena auditions and the toughest Bootcamp in The X Factor history, but now only Judges’ Houses stand between them and their dreams being achieved.
