Britain's Got Talent 2014 results: We chat to Lucy Kay - video!

We caught up with last night's Britain's Got Talent 2014 semi-final winner Lucy Kay this morning to talk all things BGT!

Lucy is a student, living in Glasgow, who has a very close relationship with her mum and they’ve grown even closer since Lucy had to leave her school because of bullying.

The 26-year-old told previously how she finds solace in operatic singing and in her first audition she moved the judges with her extraordinary vocal performance.

Simon Cowell acknowledged Lucy’s troubled past saying “some of the best singers, sing through pain” while Alesha Dixon recognised Lucy has “a gift”.

Last night saw Lucy become the first act of the series to get a standing ovation from all four judges as she was voted into the next round.

Speaking to us this morning, Lucy talked about last night's live show and what her plans now were for the final.

And she also gave us tips on how she gets her hair looking SO PERFECT: Lots of hair spray!

The BGT semi-finals continue tonight on ITV with the likes of Simon Cowell's golden buzzer act Bars and Melody, musician Lettice Rowbotham and the Innova Irish Dance Company all performing.
