Ill X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has said that this year's acts need to up their game and show the viewers that they want it. Speaking on the phone from LA and putting on her best 'Throwing a sickie' voice, Kelly said this year's finalists have disappointed her.
Having watched the latest show from LA, Kelly said: “I always say it’s hard work and I’ve got to be honest... just getting the chance to look at all the performances from here and I feel that everybody really doesn't look like they want it, they have got to want it some more!"
Talking to Olly Murs and Caroline Flack on the Xtra Factor, Kelly admitted: "The first week of performances was so good but now they’ve dropped down a bit for me and now it’s time to pick it up.
"How bad do you love music? How bad do you want this opportunity? How bad do you want to show the rest of the world that the UK is the bomb and it’s got crazy talent?!"
Meanwhile the sick US star, who missed the weekend's live shows, insisted she was planning on returning next week.
"I am taking loads of meds and resting up," she said, "I want to be there with you guy no doubt!"
