X Factor contestants Janet Devlin, Sophie Habibis and Misha B are reportedly feeling "abandoned" after mentor Kelly Rowland jetted out to LA for the week, not set to return until tomorrow's rehearsals. With another tough live show ahead on Saturday, the trio of girls are feeling at a disadvantage.
Even Louis Walsh has been getting involved with his acts, with Johnny Robinson revealing he is seeing the Irish music mogul four days a week.
An insider told the Daily Star: “The girls feel abandoned at a time when they really need their mentor.
“Gary is always around the X Factor house and the studio so they will turn to him for advice.”
A spokeswoman for Kelly however has denied reports that she went off “in a huff”, saying the business trip was planned in advance. The spokesperson also insisted that the US star would in "close contact" with all of her acts.
They added: “She is not missing anything and will be in constant contact with the contestants by Skype and talking to them every day. And she is being sent MP3s of the songs.”
