Fans of The X Factor have hit out at the number of ads on the show, following a fall of almost 2 million viewers in the programme's ratings compared to last year. A number of you complained to us about the commercials in the programme, and we can't help but agree!

One annoyed viewer even said it was like watching a long commercial with breaks for The X Factor.

Writing on Twitter, RobertJAndrew told us: "It is all just too predictable and drawn out with too many ad' breaks. Love the Judges, mostly."

Stormaggedon24 added: "It's the length of the programme and the advert overdose."

Others however felt that the new panel just wasn't up to scratch. Smudge1208 said: "It's the judges for me - I haven't watched it so don't know much about the acts. Not keen on Kelly and cant stand Gary."

Moonkira agreed, saying: "Bad judges picking bad acts. Bring back the original panel!"
