Two years after their rise to fame began, duo Jedward will return to The X Factor this weekend. The wacky Irish pair will be performing their single, but it seems manager Louis Walsh has only managed to get them a slot on spin-off Xtra Factor.
Top acts The Wanted and Katy Perry will be taking to the main stage on Sunday night.
But despite the low key performance on ITV2 afterwards, Jedward are still looking to impress viewers with a fantastic stage show.
"They're really excited about going back and meeting all the new contestants," said an insider. "They spent their birthday there last year as well and they were bouncing around the studios with excitement.
"All their fans were outside their hotel with birthday cakes and presents for them so it will probably be the same thing this weekend."
And despite being millionaires before they're 20, the boys still aren’t experiencing much glamour in their lives.
"Then the lads have to prepare for their gig in Cavan on Sunday and are then flying straight out to Edinburgh to appear on a TV show as well as going to the X Factor. It's non-stop with these guys," the source added to the Irish Herald.
The Xtra Factor airs on ITV2 straight after the main show on Saturday and Sunday night.
