New X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has reportedly vowed to not let the show change her life as the live performances begin. According to Now magazine, the N-Dubz star won't become a recluse like her predecessor, Cheryl Cole.
The 23-year-old was this month seen getting more than a tad drunk as she went to a showbiz party, leaving by being carried on a hunky security guard's shoulder.
And pals of the star have insisted her partying ways won't stop because of the show.
"Tulisa was going absolutely mental. She was laughing around with Fazer and then dancing ad hanging around with Chipmunk," an insider said. "She was jumping on the sofas and swigging Moet. It was clear and e was having a good time and didn’t care what people thought."
A source added: "The X Factor's a whole different level of fame she didn’t expect. She’s now getting followed by Paparazzi, her relationship is under scrutiny and there's a huge expectation from the public to act in a certain way.
"Yet she's defiant she isn't going to become a celebrity who hides away or is too scared to go out."
The source added: "You never saw Cheryl letting her hair down like this in public - she'd be too scared."
A bizarre comment, coming days after Cheryl posted drunken pictures of herself for the world to see on Twitter. But that's print media for you...
