X Factor 2011 hopeful James Michael has confessed he didn't feel talented enough to make the live shows in the boys category. The talented teenager, who Gary Barlow selected as of his final four contestants, will sing for the first time on Saturday night.
Speaking about making it to the last stage in the competition, James admitted: “I definitely thought the other seven lads maybe deserved it more than me because I think they have got better voices.
"But Gary must believe in me so much and I’m one step closer to doing what I really want to do for the rest of my life, what I love and what I am passionate about.”
He added: “It’s definitely the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
Meanwhile his mum has revealed that James hopes to buy the family a house if he manages to win the show at the Wembley Arena final in December. She said: “We have been in private rented houses for a long time.
“The first thing he said wants to do is get us all settled and get a house for me and his younger sisters and brother.
“He deserves to go right the way to the end of the competition. He is such a lovely person to be around.”
