Wacky X Factor hopeful Kitty Brucknell has said viewers need to stop being so hateful and instead spread the love. The blonde haired performed hit out at claims that she was "this year's Katie Waissel", saying there was no need to put people in boxes.
Louis Walsh controversially selected Kitty for the live shows, despite admitting the former Lady GaGa impersonator would be hard to deal with.
Kitty moaned: “All British people do is put people in boxes. They have to compare, saying, ‘The new SuBo’, or, ‘The new Katie’. I don’t know why there is so much hate. It is bad for your soul. I just take negatives and I dump them in the swimming pool.”
Speaking at The X Factor press conference earlier this week, where Kitty turned up wearing a short dress, skimpy bra and blonde wig, Kitty added: “I like being controversial and it is good to be different. If everyone was the same, the world would be a dull place.
“Being the type of performer I am has risks, but I never asked the whole world to like me.”
