Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack has revealed that she was disappointed when Goldie Cheung quit the show, saying she was looking forward to the wacky contestant's first performance on the live shows. 49-year-old Goldie had quit the show after feeling homesick after moving into the X Factor house.
However some show sources have suggested that the Tai Chi instructor quit the competition because she was unhappy with being seen as a joke act.
Either way, Caroline Flack wants her back!
Speaking about Goldie's exit, the Xtra Factor host said: "Oh man, that was a real shame. I loved Goldie! She was loads of fun and I was looking forward to her big Wagner-style performances."
And asked about her favourite of the final 16, Caroline explained: "Janet Devlin has a lovely voice and is very cute. Frankie Cocozza makes us laugh a lot. But my favourite voice would be Craig Colton.
"It's going to be so interesting to see how everyone develops on the live shows."
The Xtra Factor will go live on Saturday night at 10PM on ITV2 following the first live show.
