Johnny Robinson, Jonjo Kerr, Kitty Brucknell and Sami Brookes were revealed as X Factor 2011 finalists on tonight's show, as Louis walsh revealed his final four Overs. Originally putting Goldie through, Sami was given a second chance after the wacky Tai Chi instructor pulled out of the show.
Delivering the news at his judge's house in Spain, Louis first called Kitty, Sami and Johnny to hear the news.
The Irish music mogul told Johnny: "I can only pick the people I believe. I love your personality and you're so fun, but it's so tough.... you're through to live shows!"
He explained to Sami: "You're a great, great singer, my only problem is that I don't want it to be predictable this year. I'm looking for something different.... It's bad news."
To Kitty: "You can sing, you so want this, I can tell... but the thing that worries me is that I think you'll be a nightmare to work with. You're a diva already before the show has started.
But he added: "Kitty... You're through to live shows!"
Joe, Carolynne and Goldie were next to face the music.
Telling Joe he was going home, Louis said: "We want people who are going to stand out from the crowd."
He told Carolynne: "It wasn't an easy decision... it's bad news."
And finally, speaking to Goldie, Louis revealed: "YES! You're through!"
It was then between Terry and Jonjo for the fourth and final place in the live shows. Louis told Terry: "I took every single thing into consideration... in the end, I did make a decision. You're going home, I'm really, really, sorry."
He then explained to Jonjo: "You've had so many chances on the show and you kept forgetting your lyrics. You're a big risk... but I'm taking the risk, you're through!"
