Louise Redknapp says she'd love to be a judge on The X Factor.
The singer, who this week released new single Lead Me On, says she is "definitely" up for joining the panel.
However she ruled out taking part in this year's Celebrity special.
Louise told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I love the X Factor, I think it’s brilliant, I would definitely be up for being a judge on it. For sure.
“If Simon can make it happen that would be great.”
But on competing in the series, the 9 to 5 Musical star added: “I don’t think that would be the right thing for me at this point in my career, but judging is a different idea entirely.
"That could work well.”
As yet no exact details about The X Factor in 2019 have been officially confirmed by ITV.
A Celebrity X Factor series was first announced by Simon Cowell in February.
He said at the time: “I think it’s going to be huge, it’s the best I’ve felt about this show in years.”
While Louise may have put herself forward a sa judge, rumour has it that Simon could be joined on the panel by some familiar faces from past series, after Robbie and Ayda Williams both quit.
Louis Walsh has been tipped to return together with the likes of Cheryl, Sharon Osbourne, Nicole Scherzinger and even Dannii Minogue.
Meanwhile, other rumours have suggested that the winner of Celebrity's X Factor series is set to scoop a record deal - just like the regular version.
