Louisa Johnson has described winning The X Factor as a "f**ked up experience".
Louisa was crowned champion of the show in 2015 but says she can't remember too much of what happened in the months that followed.
Reflecting on her victory, she said this week: “It’s like when people black out from drinking. From December 2015, when I won, to April 2016, I don’t remember anything at all. Nothing.
“It was like my whole body went into overdrive and I was living on adrenaline. I don’t remember anything. I just remember it not being that good, to be honest."
Louisa told The Sun newspaper: "“The whole time for me was just the most weird, amazing, crazy, f****d-up experience I’ve ever been involved with in my entire life.”
She told the tabloid that going from a life of "glitz and glam" back to her parents proved to be a shock.
Since winning The X Factor, Louisa has released a number of singles but as yet no album.
Taking to Twitter last summer, Louisa told fans she was no longer working with Simon's Syco label moving forward.
Louisa wrote: "Hi babiessss. I've been working super hard and I Just wanted to let you all know that Syco Music and I have decided not to work together moving forward. It was genuinely a mutual decision and there are no hard feelings.
"Big thank you to Syco for everything they've done for me, I've had an actual blast! It's been so much fun and I'll always be grateful to Simon and the team for all their support.
"I'm excited to be releasing a single with @ministryofsound next month which is still part of the Sony family. You're gonna love this one guys ;,.; "
Louisa added: "Forever grateful for my journey so far.. can’t wait for you to hear new music 😏😏"
Following the news, Louis released new single Between You and Me with One Bit.
Earlier this year, she featured on Sigala's new song Here We Go Again.
The X Factor is set to return in 2019 with a new All Stars format.
