Who's performing at the BRITs 2019? List of acts confirmed!

The list of performers at the 2019 Brit Awards have been confirmed tonight.

The 2019 Brit Awards will be held this evening Wednesday, 20 February 2019 at the O2 Arena in London.

Acts performing at the ceremony will include Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa, Rag n Bone Man and Sam Smith, it’s been announced.

Sam Smith tweeted: “. @BRITs 2019!! so excited to perform ‘Promises’ with @CalvinHarris x”

They’ll be joined by Little Mix, George Ezra and Jorja Smith who will all also take to the stage at next month’s show, which will air live on ITV.

Little Mix tweeted: “2019 is the gift that keeps on giving!! ???? We’re SO excited to announce that we’re going to be performing LIVE at the @brits!! We absolutely cannot wait to be on that stage again and to put on an amazing show for all you guys! ♥️ #BRITs the girls x”

Also confirmed to be performing on the BRITs are The 1975 plus Jess Glynne and H.E.R.

Meanwhile, Hugh Jackman will open the 2019 BRITs with a performance from The Greatest Showman, it’s been confirmed.

BRITs Chairman and Chairman & CEO of Sony Music UK and Ireland Jason lley said: “We are delighted to welcome the Golden Globe and Tony Award winning superstar Hugh Jackman to the BRITs stage this month with a performance that is set to be nothing short of spectacular.

“The Greatest Showman soundtrack dominated the charts in 2018 breaking records all over the world as well as here in the UK.

“It’s only fitting that the UK’s biggest celebration of musical successes should be kicked off with a performance from the biggest selling album in the UK of the last year.”

The BRITs 2019 nominations were revealed earlier this month during a live TV show on ITV.

The main ceremony will also air live on ITV. Although exact timings are yet to be confirmed in past years the show has started at 8PM.

The Brits 2019 will be hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall for a second year.

Jack Whitehall said: “I am excited to be invited back to host The BRITs for a second time, I had a great time at this year’s ceremony and look forward to another exceptional night of music and entertainment.”
