Joining them will be Jonas Blue with Liam Payne & Lennon Stella, Rita Ora, Rudimental with Jess Glynne & Dan Caplen, Sigrid, Tom Walker and Zara Larsson.
Plus, this year's official Christmas Number 1 will be revealed.
Meanwhile, the New Years special this year will follow in a few days' time on BBC One on Saturday 29 December at 5.10PM. The show will air all the biggest hits of the year culminating with the last Number 1 of the year.
